Hello and welcome to Jeff's page. Here you'll find out some of my interests and what is important to me.
My Christian faith I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior at the age of seven, and it was the best decision I've ever made! Serving God gives my life meaning and purpose.
Rachel and I are members at First Free Church in Minneapolis. I believe that it is only through being a member of and serving in a local church that God's purpose for us in life can be made complete.
Rachel Deciding to ask Rachel to spend the rest of her life together with me was the second-best (see the previous item) decision I've ever made! I'm so glad she said yes! We have been married since 1996.
Software Engineering I am a Senior Software Engineer for Thomson West in Eagan, Minnesota. I've been at West since 1993, and am currently working in the Codes Development Group on a big Java-based re-engineering project for the Codes Content Center. Previously I worked on a project called West km, which was written in the C# programming language. Every once in a while I still get to have fun writing Perl programs.
In July 2002, I graduated with an MSSE (Master of Science in Software Engineering) degree from the University of Minnesota.
Rachel and I enjoy getting away from the city to visit the solitude in the Boundary Waters. It's a great place to experience God's creation with all your senses.
Acoustic Guitar
I taught myself how to play acoustic
guitar in 1997. I have't been playing much lately, but every
once in a while I get together with friends and we jam on old
Beatles songs.
